investigators are looking for information on
suspicious claims to help control the cost of your
insurance premiums.
Your
tips can help ICBC to:

deny fraudulent claims

recover money paid to fraudulent claimants

and Investigations Department conducted 3300
investigations in 2005, resulting in 175 Criminal
charges laid against 94 individuals and saving B.C.
policyholders more than $73 million.
Reports are confidential
ICBC's Tip Line was launched in October 1992, and is
now averaging more than 850 fraud-related calls
every month. Callers earn no direct cash rewards.
They do earn the satisfaction of knowing that by
working with ICBC to combat insurance fraud, they
help everyone win.
